The German Centre for Urology and Phalloplasty Surgery claims to have performed over 6,000 penis enlargements. They claim to be able to enhance the length of the member by 3-6cm and the girth by 2-3cm. The cost of the operation? €9,600 (including materials and ancillary costs).
