Got some news for everyone!!!
Just today, I used a sock (it’s the most common diy and worked almost to perfection for me) and tied a 3 lb kettlebell at the end. I definitely felt something new, this is a different kind of stretch! I’ve got some loose skin though causing my glans to slip through, but other than that, everything is great! My advice, you definitely have to try it to know, but be extra careful so you don’t injure yourself. Really glad I tried this new approach. I’m going to start doing this everyday now.
